
Let’s not trap people with contrived control behaviours which rob them of normal movement. Aspire to transcend an injury, not just manage it.
It is amazing how much of what is taught in gyms, clinics and studios has little to do with normal, natural movement. Let people out of the training trap- normal movement is not about remembering what to control, but how to sense yourself, your relationship to gravity, the ground and the forces moving through you.
