Movement is force management organised around intention

Movement is force management organised around intention.

When we talk about a holistic approach, it is often associated with calming, relaxing mindful awareness.

True, many people need to slow down to become aware, but we are talking about something bigger than that – we are talking about how we innately gather our many potential resources and organise them to fulfil our desires and intentions. Holistic doesn’t just mean mindful. It means that we integrate our physical, biomechanical resources, our ability to create and manage forces, with our minds and hearts to achieve an outcome.

This is where biomechanics meets our humanity.
