Let go of trying to be a fixed object in a moving world.

Sometimes we confuse feeling stable with being still, unmovable or unmoved by the changing forces and circumstances around us. Yet true stability requires the ability to adapt, to respond, to regain our equilibrium when we are bumped, tripped and jostled, whether physically or by life itself. Nothing healthy stays unchanged. To release our tension and resistance is not a weakening, but a profound act of affirmation. A yes, to the faith we have in ourselves to move with and in the world. A yes to using only what energy is needed, and no more. A yes to letting go of what does not serve us, from our bodies, minds and hearts.
